Inventory Closure Reminder 2023 and Memorial Day Message

Dear Friends,
June is quickly approaching, and we wanted to remind everyone that Lumen Mundi & Devon will be closing for our physical inventory counts. We will not be shipping any orders during the week of June 5th through June 9th.
We urge you to place your orders in advance of this week, as shipping will temporarily cease at 5:30pm on Friday, June 2nd. Our goal is to resume shipments as soon as possible, likely on Monday, June 12th. We will keep you informed and send an update on Friday, June 9th so you can plan accordingly.
Please feel free to leave messages for your sales representative or our customer service team during this time, and they will be in touch as soon as they are able to.

Memorial Day prompts deep reflection within the Lumen Mundi and Devon family (since Steve is a veteran) and reminds us of the courageous Americans who have made the ultimate sacrifice to secure our freedom. These words from Abraham Lincoln resonate strongly: "In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years."
Over the span of 250 years, countless Americans have offered their lives on the altar of freedom, defending the cherished ideals that define our nation. These brave men and women, driven by love for their country and fellow Americans, have selflessly given everything, making their lives profoundly meaningful to a grateful nation.
Amidst the parades, celebrations, and barbeques, it can be easy to lose sight of the true significance of this holiday. Initially known as Decoration Day, it emerged during the American Civil War, a time when our nation endured its greatest loss of life in any conflict, past or present. Following World War I, it expanded to honor those who had perished in all U.S. wars, eventually becoming known as Memorial Day.
Genuine freedom can be unrefined, even unsettling, demanding great sacrifices. Our collective American history is replete with tales of brave individuals we commemorate on this day. As we revel in the company of family and friends, we implore everyone to pause and pray for those sacrifices, lifting them up to God - honoring them as we uphold the cherished values and beliefs that unite us as Catholics and as Americans.

2023 Inventory Alert - Important Information!

Dear Friends,
As we enter the month of May, and leave Communion season almost fully behind us, we find ourselves almost one full year post-closing on our purchase of Devon Trading Company! How time flies! With that, June is quickly approaching, and we wanted to advise everyone that Lumen Mundi & Devon will be closing for our bi-annual physical inventory counts. As such, we will not be shipping any orders during inventory week; the week of June 5th through June 9th.
We urge all customers to place your orders in advance of this week, as shipping will temporarily cease at 5:30pm on Friday, June 2nd; we will use the weekend to prep our warehouse and begin counting on Saturday. With more than 15,000 SKUs, as you might imagine, this is a huge task, and we won’t be able to make exceptions to our “no ship” policy, except in extreme situations! Of course, accurate counts help not only our team, but, they also help you - our customers and friends - since our systems will all be updated to accurately reflect what we have in stock in our warehouse, which helps us to provide you with better and more complete information going forward!
As typical with a physical inventory of this size, our goal is to complete these counts and resume shipments as soon as possible, likely on Monday, June 12th. Should this change, and if we find shipments will be delayed further, an email notification will be sent out by Friday, June 9th, to keep you informed! You can also leave messages for your sales representative or our customer service team during this time, and they will be in touch as soon as they are able to update you further!
As always, we thank you for your support and understanding as we complete this very important task to make purchasing from the Holyland Treasures family of companies a much more pleasant task.

As we welcome the light of March, and spring’s promise of new beginnings, our 2023 Spring Catalog is finally ready for you and your customers, so it is time to look at all the amazing items our brands have to offer for this season! Our new Spring Catalog is full of existing products you know and love, as well as new and exciting products – the perfect combination for Spring Sacramentals and Easter celebrations. You’ll notice some of these items are available as “last chance” items; due to our purchase of Devon last year, we will have to reduce inventory, so there are items that will not be returning to our inventory!
Lumen Mundi and Devon offer everything you need to keep your stores well-stocked, from beautifully crafted Italian medals, tokens and exquisitely crafted rosaries that make the perfect gift for any special occasion, to cost effective items from around the world to share with your customers as we enter the season of resurrection, renewal, and rebirth! And remember, this spring supplement, though 44 pages in length, only scratches the surface on what we have available in our inventory; with tons more on our website; and, as most of you know, custom designs are our specialty; and our customer service and sales team remain available to assist you with any/all of these needs!

We are so excited to share our 2022 Fall Catalog with you. We have been very busy here at Lumen Mundi with our acquisition of Devon Trading Company and the expansion of our product lines.
We are excited to introduce many new products in this digital catalog, with even more new items coming soon. You can expect us to deliver the same great quality with even more products. Today we offer more than 10,000 items across the Holyland Treasures family of companies: Tuscan Hills, Lumen Mundi and now Devon Trading.
While we do appreciate your patience as we continue to integrate these new products into our line, our fall 2022 catalog is our first opportunity to feature some of the Devon products that we have access to, and have recently added; but please know, all the Devon products you know and love are currently in production and we hope to have them in our warehouse and ready for shipment shortly.
