2023 Inventory Alert - Important Information!

Dear Friends,

As we enter the month of May, and leave Communion season almost fully behind us, we find ourselves almost one full year post-closing on our purchase of Devon Trading Company! How time flies! With that, June is quickly approaching, and we wanted to advise everyone that Lumen Mundi & Devon will be closing for our bi-annual physical inventory counts. As such, we will not be shipping any orders during inventory week; the week of June 5th through June 9th.

We urge all customers to place your orders in advance of this week, as shipping will temporarily cease at 5:30pm on Friday, June 2nd; we will use the weekend to prep our warehouse and begin counting on Saturday. With more than 15,000 SKUs, as you might imagine, this is a huge task, and we won’t be able to make exceptions to our “no ship” policy, except in extreme situations! Of course, accurate counts help not only our team, but, they also help you - our customers and friends - since our systems will all be updated to accurately reflect what we have in stock in our warehouse, which helps us to provide you with better and more complete information going forward!

As typical with a physical inventory of this size, our goal is to complete these counts and resume shipments as soon as possible, likely on Monday, June 12th. Should this change, and if we find shipments will be delayed further, an email notification will be sent out by Friday, June 9th, to keep you informed! You can also leave messages for your sales representative or our customer service team during this time, and they will be in touch as soon as they are able to update you further!
